Abstract
El proyecto, innovador y transfronterizo
que llevamos a cabo, realiza la
transferencia
con la creación de redes profesionales
creaKvas y críKcas que Kenen como base el
aprendizaje dialógico, que es un principio
sustentador de las Comunidades de
Aprendizaje. En este modelo organizaKvo
es fundamental el rol del voluntariado, en
este caso del alumnado universitario, para
parKcipar y mediar en la formación de
personas mayores, como complemento de
su profesionalización comparKendo
experiencias significaKvas. InvesKgaciones
educaKvas avalan que la parKcipación es un
elemento cualitaKvamente relevante en la
mejora del rendimiento y
consecuentemente en el éxito escolar. Por
ello, la parKcipación de los diferentes
sectores de la comunidad educaKva y, en
general, del entorno social, es algo más que
una moda u oportunidad, mostrándose
como una condición esencial para la
eficacia y
el éxito educaKvo. La implicación de la
Universidad con corresponsabilidad en los
aprendizajes implica y desarrolla
senKmientos de pertenencia, vinculación y
colaboración con la formación de
profesionales con compromiso social y
comunitario.
El trabajo de la Universidad de Huelva
(España) y del InsKtuto Politécnico de Beja
(Portugal), con los colegios que son
Comunidades de Aprendizaje, reconocidos
por su
experiencia en prácKcas educaKvas de
éxito, crea herramientas para capacitar a
estudiantes de educación superior en
temas de Comunidad de Aprendizaje y desarrollar una herramienta de
capacitación en línea para personas adultas
mayores
The innovaKve and cross-border project we are implemenKng facilitates the transfer of knowledge through the creaKon of professional, creaKve, and criKcal networks based on dialogic learning, which is a foundaKonal principle of Learning CommuniKes. In this organizaKonal model, the role of volunteering, parKcularly by university students, is crucial for parKcipaKng and mediaKng in the educaKon of older adults. This complements their professionalizaKon by sharing meaningful experiences. EducaKonal research supports the idea that parKcipaKon is a qualitaKvely significant factor in improving performance and, consequently, academic success. Therefore, the parKcipaKon of different sectors of the educaKonal community and, more broadly, the social environment, is not just a trend or opportunity but an essenKal condiKon for educaKonal effecKveness and success. The involvement of universiKes in a co-responsible approach to learning fosters feelings of belonging, connecKon, and collaboraKon while training professionals with social and community commitments. The collaboraKon between the University of Huelva (Spain) and the Polytechnic InsKtute of Beja (Portugal), alongside schools recognized as Learning CommuniKes for their successful educaKonal pracKces, creates tools to empower higher educaKon students in Learning Community topics and develop an online training tool for older adults
