Abstract
conceptos textuales y paratextuales relativos a
The cinematographic poster is a powerful tool for both artistic and advertising communication, as well as serving as a support of enormous interest to discover the readings that are proposed of the films at the time of their premiere. This analysis breaks down the textual and paratextual concepts relating to film posters and applies the concept of “tagline” to posters dedicated to films of dystopian genre. It is concluded that the taglines propose socio-sexual keys to the dystopian future that generate ambiguous readings from the perspective of the film genre that go beyond what the literary texts on which their plots are based suggest in this respect
