Abstract
La enseñanza de la danza, en el marco de la Educación Física, en
personas con discapacidad intelectual es una herramienta muy útil
para su desarrollo personal. El objetivo de este trabajo fue explorar
las barreras y facilitadores de la aplicación de un programa de danza
para personas con discapacidad intelectual (N=7). La propuesta a
desarrollar se basó en un programa virtual de danza integrado por
nueve videos, culminando en una coreografía grupal de danza
española. Se recogieron datos cualitativos con la utilización de
diferentes herramientas digitales (grupo interactivo de WhatsApp y
la plataforma Microsoft Teams). Los videos fueron lanzados
semanalmente en un ciclo de cinco sesiones, realizando un análisis y
evaluación del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de estos, donde se
evidenció la adquisición de los patrones motores básicos de la danza
española por parte del alumnado. El principal facilitador del proceso
fue la motivación del alumnado mientras que la principal barrera tuvo
que ver con la propia incompetencia motriz con la que los
participantes se percibían

Qualitative data was collected using different digital tools (WhatsApp interactive group and Microsoft Teams platform). The videos were released weekly in a cycle of five sessions, carrying out an analysis and evaluation of the teaching-learning process, where the acquisition of the basic motor patterns of Spanish dance by the student was evidenced.
